STOP THE LEAD AMMO BAN NOW!

Petition to the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission Chair Jay Tutchton, all remaining CPW Commissioners, Governor Jared Polis, and my State Legislators

WHEREAS: The U.S. and Colorado Constitutions guarantee the right to keep and bear arms, which means nothing without ammunition; and

WHEREAS: Washington, D.C. animal-rights lobbyists petitioned the Commission to outlaw even POSSESSING a firearm and lead ammunition while "attempting to take wildlife," a ban on nearly every round in Colorado gun safes; and

WHEREAS: Prairie dogs cripple livestock and carry plague, so Coloradans shoot them year-round across millions of acres, which now lets any warden charge a rancher with a .22 on his own land with "attempting to take wildlife"; and

WHEREAS: A second animal-rights petition would close EVERY acre of federal and state land to prairie dog shooting: one bans the bullet, the other the target.

THEREFORE: As a Coloradan and Second Amendment supporter, I demand the Commission DENY both petitions outright and refuse ANY rulemaking on either subject. And since the petitioners themselves say a partial ban is "not enough," I expect each of you to reject EVERY phase-in, pilot, "voluntary" transition, or public-land-only "compromise."

Rocky Mountain Gun Owners will keep me informed of your actions.

Dear Fellow Patriot,

Because of this threat to our rights, RMGO is giving away this Shadow Systems MR920 Elite 9MM with a Vortex Defender-XL Green Dot and 1000 Rounds of 9MM ammunition to one of the Coloradans who signs this petition!

When you sign your petition, you will receive a chance to win this beautiful firearm!

Washington, D.C. animal-rights lobbyists want to outlaw the ammunition in your gun safe and close public land to prairie dog shooting. Only YOU can stop them.

That's why I need you to sign your "STOP THE LEAD AMMO BAN!" petition the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission Chair Jay Tutchton, all remaining CPW Commissioners, Governor Jared Polis, and my State Legislators right away!
