IMPOSED a 6.5% TAX on guns and ammo
Created California-style social media censorship standards for 2A content
MANDATED TRACKING on gun owners' credit card purchases

Among other horrific measures…

Now, Jared Polis is ready to leapfrog California by signing SB-003 and subjecting Coloradans to a “buy back your rights” Permit to Purchase scheme, opening the door to mandatory gun REGISTRATION and CONFISCATION!!

The people of our once great state are suffering under a reign of tyrannical terror that seems to have no intention of slowing down!!

Urge Pam Bondi to Investigate Colorado’s DELIBERATE Violations of the 2nd Amendment

A Petition to Attorney General Pam Bondi

WHEREAS: The right to keep and bear arms is a God-given right protected by the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Article II, Section 13 of the Colorado Constitution; and

WHEREAS: Politicians in Denver have drastically expanded gun control over the last decade under the direction of anti-gun special interest groups backed by Michael Bloomberg and deliberately defied the Supreme Court of the United States’ ruling in the Bruen Decision; and

WHEREAS: President Donald J. Trump and his Department of Justice have declared protecting Americans’ Second Amendment rights a “high priority”; and

THEREFORE: I urge you to immediately open an investigation into the State of Colorado’s pattern and practice of violating its citizens’ Second Amendment rights and take necessary legal action to restore those rights immediately!
