Stop the 2021 “Assault Weapons” Ban

A Petition to my State Representative, Senator, and Governor Jared Polis

WHEREAS: The Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution clearly states, “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed;” and

WHEREAS: Article II, § 13 of the Colorado Constitution states, “The right of no person to keep and bear arms in defense of his home, person and property… shall be called into question;” and

WHEREAS: Gun bans are a clear infringement of BOTH the U.S. and Colorado Constitution and have shown to have no effect on crime rates, but rather pointlessly turns countless law-abiding citizens into criminals for simply owning a firearm with features arbitrarily deemed “scary;” and

THEREFORE: I respectfully but firmly urge you to OPPOSE the 2021 “Assault Weapons” ban.

Rocky Mountain Gun Owners will keep me informed of your actions.

Fellow Patriot,

Bloomberg’s Gun Control Lobby has called on the State Legislature to take up a so-called “Assault Weapons” ban, banning the sale, transfer, importation, and manufacturing of commonly-owned firearms based solely on cosmetic features.

That’s why it is more critical than ever that pro-gun Coloradans stand together and make it clear we won’t tolerate ANY gun bans!

I am confident we can defeat this authoritarian policy with your help, but it will take all hands on deck.

So please, don’t delay -- sign your “STOP the 2021 ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban” petition above.

We will deliver piles of your signed petitions directly to their doorsteps in Denver at our expense, letting your lawmakers know Coloradans DO NOT want ANY gun bans.
